Chemseal is a single component, high performance sealant, based on advanced MS Polymer Technology. It is solvent, silicone & isocyanates free & non-straining for natural stones applications. It has an excellent UV, weather and temperature resistance. It has excellent adhesion over a wide variety of substrates and is paintable with most common industrial paints.
It is used for making permanent high strength elastic bonding in Construction Automotive, Industrial and Marine applications. Chemseal is ideal for bonding of metal, rubber, natural materials, inorganic and plastics.

Chemlay 10 k Self Leveling Underlayment is a one component, durable and versatile cementitious underlayment for leveling and smoothing of interior floors prior to the application of the final floor finish.
It finds extensive and excellent application in institutional (Schools, colleges, hospitals, clinics, libraries, galleries and museums), commercial (Offices, corridors, hallways, canteens, cafeterias, stores and hotels) and residential (domestic properties, condominiums and high rise construction) establishments.

The floorings in electronic industries face a peculiar challenge. The static charges that are generated have the potential to damage the sensitive electronic components. Chemsol manufactures two types of floorings- Conductive floorings and static dissipative floorings, which effectively ground the charges, while ensuring excellent chemical resistance and an aesthetic look.

Smart use of water–based materials can be an effective strategy against moisture-related problems in floor constructions. This is what Chemsol’s Chemqua water-based epoxy range does. They are especially suitable for functional floors if faced with issues of humidity or rising moisture in the floor slab.
Water-based epoxy is primarily used in floor slabs without a damp proof membrane and a risk of rising moisture, new concrete slabs with high humidity, concrete floors with moisture-related issues and floors where higher fire rating is required.
