Precautions and Limitations

• Keep the lid closed when not in use.
• Do not use more than the recommended dosage.
• Site testing shall be done to confirm the mix design.
• Do not dilute the drum content, dilution shall be done only for the material to be used.

Technical Information

Dosage

0.5 to 1.5 % of the weight of cement in ideal conditions. But trials shall be conducted at site to obtain the accurate dosage data.

Higher dosage is generally not recommended as the setting time may get delayed while increasing the workability of the concrete. If need arises, shall be done after proper testing is done.

Dispensing

The required quantity of Chemflow 40 shall be mixed with water and then added to the concrete mix.

Storage

Chemsol Chemflow 40 shall be placed in a cool and dry place protected from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life

12 months for the date of manufacturing if unopened and stored properly.

Health and Safety

Wash skin with soap and water.
On eye contact wash the eyes immediately and consult a physician if irritation persists.
On ingestion consult a doctor immediately.
