Chemsol Chemgloss imparts a good shiny finish to the surface it is applied. It provides a tough and durable coating which is washable and can be cleaned easily.

Method of Application

1. Surface Preparation

• Surface should be clean and dry and in sound condition.
• All the surface dirt, grease, loose particles should be removed from the surface. And the surface should be washed thoroughly with clean water.
• All other previous coatings if any shall be completely removed.

2. Application

• Apply 1 coat of Chemgloss Red-Oxide primer on the surface and let dry for at least 6-8 hrs.
• Once the primer is completely dry apply 1st coat of Chemgloss on the surface and let air dry for at lease 6-8 hrs.
• Apply 2nd coat of Chemgloss on the first coat to obtain a smoother surface coat on the surface and let dry.

Precautions and Limitations

• Do not over dilute Chemgloss.
• Do not over extend the brush coat.
• Stir the container before use.
• Do not apply if there is a possibility rain within 3-4 hrs of coating application.

Theoretical Coverage

Primer coverage is 100-130 Sqft/Lit per coat and the Chemgloss Coating coverage is 90-105 Sqft/lit for 2 coats. Coverage depends upon the porosity of the surface.

Storage

Chemsol Chemgloss shall be placed in a cool and dry place protected from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life

24 months for the date of manufacturing if unopened and stored properly.

Health and Safety

Wash skin with soap and water.
On eye contact wash the eyes immediately and consult a physician if irritation persists.
On ingestion consult a doctor immediately.
